Today, we celebrate the remarkable achievement of our PhD graduates, who officially received their doctoral degrees.

We love seeing our alumni doing remarkable work, and we’re proud to feature Siphiwe Moyo – CEO of Paradigm People Solutions, Executive Director of the Organisational Behaviour Institute, and an internationally recognised keynote speaker.

From leading businesses and facilitating executive strategy conversations to speaking on global stages, Siphiwe has built a career rooted in communication, leadership and continuous growth. He describes his time at the NWU Business School as a transformative experience that strengthened his strategic thinking, broadened his understanding of business, and reinforced the importance of communication as a strategic asset in leadership and entrepreneurship.
