What started as an MBA case study challenge became a real-world opportunity for our winning team to present their findings directly to The Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority CEO, Mr Yershen Pillay.

Our students were challenged, questioned and given the opportunity to defend their thinking in a real-world business conversation.

Lead for Impact is not just a slogan, it is action. Turning knowledge into thinking, thinking into solutions, and solutions into meaningful impact.

2026/2027 TUT/TSB POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS

Are you a recently qualified doctoral graduate looking to advance your research and contribute to meaningful public-sector impact?

The Tshwane University of Technology invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for four Postdoctoral Research Fellow positions within the Tshwane School for Business and Society (TSB).

Research focus areas:
• Municipal service delivery
• Public sector leadership and service delivery

Fellowship value: R320,000 per annum (NRF funding)

Minimum requirements include:
1. A doctoral degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Leadership or Entrepreneurship, obtained within the past five years.
2. At least five research outputs in DHET-accredited or peer-reviewed journals.

Closing date: 25 August 2026
