Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and assessments
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings
Requirements:
- Completion of in-house training program
- Successful completion of Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) training
- Enrollment in formal National Qualifications Framework (NQF4) training
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
