Congratulations to Drs Johan van Zyl (extraordinary Professor) and Eduard Hoffman (Head of the Department Soil Science, SU) for winning the the Sustainable Vitiviniculture category with their book on SOIL PREPARATION at the 2020 International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) Awards.

Local publication Soil Preparation for Sustainable Wine and Table Grape Production won an international sustainability award.
