We kicked off in Kampala with an energizing first session of our 5-day training for Ugandan membership associations. Today’s focus: Foundations of Association Management — and what a powerful start it’s been!

✨ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱):
🔹 As facilitators, our job is to create a learning space where thoughts and ideas can be shared — not just taught.

📣 We’re heading back to Kampala, Uganda! 🇺🇬✈️

After the success of our Bespoke MICE Training Programme in 2024, we are honoured to be invited back by the Uganda Tourism Board to deliver a new Capacity Building Training Workshop for Membership Associations this June 2025.

This next phase of our partnership is designed to:

✅ Strengthen the organizational capacity of Ugandan associations in governance, membership management, marketing, and resource mobilization.

✅ Equip association leaders with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to successfully bid for international meetings and conferences.
