🎓 2026 TVET MONTH CELEBRATION: INNOVATIVE PATHWAYS TO A BRIGHTER FUTURE 🎓
Mthashana TVET College proudly celebrates the successful conclusion of the 2026 TVET Month Celebration.
From 17-21 August 2026, our gates were opened to members of the community, providing them with an opportunity to access valuable information about Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and explore the diverse opportunities available at our College.
The celebration reached its exciting conclusion yesterday, 27 August 2026, when we hosted the final TVET Month Celebration at the Vryheid Engineering Campus. The event brought together learners and educators from six high schools, who formed part of our intended audience and were afforded an opportunity to explore the world of TVET education, including visits to our specialised workshops and learning facilities.
The event was proudly supported by College Management, staff members, and students from the Vryheid and KwaGqikazi Campuses, whose outstanding traditional dance performances added great cultural value and excitement to the celebration.
We were also honoured by the presence and participation of our valued industry and stakeholder partners, including Transnet, Thwalokuhle Engineering Group, Encome Dairy Farm, AbaQulusi Municipality, DBE, and our successful alumni representing Vryheid Ford Dealership and Nquthu Local Municipality.
