HOSPITALITY GOOD NEWS ✨ | Despite taking one of the worst hits to the industry during the pandemic, the hospitality world is back in full swing and has reportedly continued to grow as innovation persists!

Adding to the good news is the exciting announcement that Marriott International is set to expand its footprint even further. Their South African development aims to open 30 new hotels and more than 5000 rooms by the end of 2024!

But of course, Marriott International has its eyes set on the entire globe. They’ve announced their anticipation to surpass 500 hotels in Greater China. The expansions build on the company’s 'Brand + Destination' development strategy to enhance guest accommodations through the company’s portfolio.

This remarkable initiative reflects the growing demand for exceptional hospitality experiences across the globe, including South Africa. It also promises more job opportunities and the chance to seek jobs as the industry exceeds limits like never before.
