- Cake Making & Decorations: Learn the basics of cake baking, icing, piping, fondant work, and finishing techniques that make your cakes look beautiful and professional. We’ll cover flavor combinations, basic structural supports for tiered cakes, and presentation tips.
- Practical Cookery: Hands-on sessions focused on everyday and professional cooking techniques from knife skills and stock-making to seasoning, plating, and food safety. You’ll practice preparing a variety of dishes and learn time-saving methods for the kitchen.
- Cooking for Events (Weddings & Parties): Plan and prepare menus for events, learn portioning and timing for large numbers, and get practical tips for presentation, transport, and keeping food fresh during service. We’ll simulate real event setups so you gain confidence cooking for guests.
