IT Trainer urgently needed at Sunningdale University
Sunningdale University, a new edge institution wishes to engage suitably qualified Zambians for the position of IT TRainers (Part time & Full time).
Reporting to: The Head-Academics
Main accountability
Conduct teaching and training of students in IT.
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Arrange for the training of students;
b) Ensure timely availability of suitable training venues;
c) Ensure timely availability of all training materials required to train students using learning methodologies in accordance with MoE guidelines;
d) Evaluate students during training, administer and mark the post training assignments, tests and exams;
e) Provide feedback and report back on training sessions.
Qualifications:
a) Must be a Zambian citizen with green a National Registration Card;
b) Must have a Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics;
c) Must be in possession of a relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution;
d) A Master’s degree from a recognized institution is an added advantage;
e) Must be in possession of a teaching methodologies diploma from a recognized institution;
f) Conversant with the English language both spoken and written.
Requirements:
a) Experience in teaching IT at all levels;
b) Experience in facilitating, training or teaching – Adult training/ facilitation skills shall be an added advantage;
c) Ready and available to work when required.

j) possess ability to implement lawful orders and programmes at short notice;
k) be a self-starter, driven and motivated;
l) have the ability to work with own initiative and innovation while paying attention to the University policies, guidelines, regulations and other laws governing the education process;
m) be fluent in spoken and written English and a local language.
