The time I was in school is so different from this time. In our days of school, it was a fashionable thing to write well elaborated notes from one page to another in a notebook. We enjoyed copying a lot of notes from the board. If I look at what is going on today, it is so different. Our children don't want a lot of details. They are saturated with a lot of information, hence, they want straight to the point notes. They just want the important things.
I would love to ask all educators, and indeed, the general public, to comment on how learning is taking place today. The reason I am publishing this is that I have come across teachers who complain that students today are lazy, they don't want to learn, they don't write notes, etc. Somehow it's true. But if we flip the coin, you may realize that students today learn differently from our from us.
How do students today learn in this computer age?
How should teachers take tailor their teaching styles and methods in this era saturated with information?
