Dynamic Advanced Training is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with Sylvester Aviation Services, a Dutch EASA-approved Cabin Crew Training Organisation (CCTO).

This collaboration further expands Dynamic’s offering, enabling the delivery of EASA-compliant ESET training to European business jet operators, regionally based operators utilising European ACMI solutions, and cabin crew in the region aspiring to fly for European airlines—opening new pathways to operate within the European aviation market.

Under this arrangement, Dynamic will deliver its signature Reality-Based Training through highly qualified and experienced instructors, using approved syllabi, while Sylvester Aviation Services will provide European regulatory oversight, certification, and ongoing compliance monitoring in full alignment with EASA requirements.

This initiative further strengthens Dynamic’s international training capabilities and reinforces our commitment to support operators with global regulatory and operational needs.

News from Dynamic Advanced Training!

Dynamic is pleased to announce it has been assessed and approved by the GCAA to deliver FIT 4.1.H, Dangerous Goods Training for Flight Crew (corresponding to IATA CBTA Guidance 7.7.A (formerly known as CAT 10)).

What does this mean? Starting in 2025, we’re launching these in-facility courses designed to make flight crew competent in the latest Dangerous Goods Regulations.

At Dynamic, we're constantly pushing boundaries to make training as realistic as possible — but safely. Our improved rapid decompression scenario drives home what cannot be demonstrated or even comprehended in a theoretical classroom setting. "Startle Effect and Resilience", "Time of Useful Consciousness", “Crew Coordination and Communication”, etc, - not just topics of a PowerPoint presentation.

These scenarios create intense, focused moments of sensory input and stress that trainees experience and “live” and are able to put into context to be able to deal with and manage the negative indicators of the abnormality. This is what we mean by being prepared vs. understanding only.

And we're excited to announce our Tech Team is developing and will be rolling out similar scenarios for our full-motion business jet and narrow-body simulators!
