The IEEE NSU Student Branch Women in Engineering Affinity Group is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the WIE Empower Mentorship Program, a six-month initiative designed to guide and support female undergraduate students at North South University in their academic, professional, and personal development.

This initiative connects aspiring women in STEM with experienced professionals, academics, and alumni to bridge the gap between classroom learning and career readiness. Throughout the six months, mentees will receive personalized guidance on career planning, internship applications, technical skill building, research, higher studies, and navigating challenges in engineering. The program structure includes a tailored application process, kickoff orientation, regular flexible mentoring sessions, a mid-program check-in, and a formal closing ceremony with certificate distribution.
