Make an appointment via your local Health & Social Care Trust:

Belfast: Royal Hospital - 028 9615 2111 between 8.15am and 11am Monday to Friday to make an appointment. For more details visit the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust website.

Coleraine: Causeway Hospital - 028 7034 6028 available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. For more details visit the Northern Health & Social Care Trust website.

Derry~Londonderry: Altnagelvin Hospital - 028 7161 1269. For opening hours and further details visit the Western Health & Social Care Trust website.

If you told us on your UCAS or direct application that you have a disability, long-term medical condition, or received additional support or extra time in exams at school, Student Wellbeing may have emailed you a link to complete an Additional Study Needs (ASN) form.

Itโ€™s important to complete this form as soon as possible, so we can have your support in place for the start of the new semester to help you achieve your academic goals.

If you did not tick the box to tell us about your disability or long-term medical condition, get in touch with Student Wellbeing and we can start the process for you.

If you are a home fee status student in financial hardship, unable to meet your daily living costs due to the expense of university, you may be eligible to apply for the Student Hardship Fund. ๐Ÿ’ท๐Ÿ‘

You will be required to send 3 months bank/savings/credit card statements, your tenancy agreement along with your SFNI to support your application. Apply via ulster.ac.uk/sma
