The 2030 Agenda will not be delivered by good intentions alone. It takes professionals who can turn gender equality commitments into due diligence, policy and practice.
“Without a gender lens, due diligence cannot deliver meaningful labour protection.” That is the takeaway from Priscila Lauande Rodriguez, Professor and Researcher in Labour Law and Human Rights, after our course “Gender Equality, Responsible Business Conduct and Human Rights Due Diligence”.
What will you gain with this training?
- A solid grasp of global frameworks: ILO standards, the MNE Declaration, UN Guiding Principles and the Women’s Empowerment Principles
- Real company case studies on pay equity, work-life balance, women’s leadership and violence- and harassment-free workplaces
- Practical tools to integrate a gender perspective into RBC and HRDD processes
