Please be informed that the Midterm Examination Schedule for College will be held on October 26–31, 2026.

The examination schedules have already been posted on your respective LMS accounts. Kindly check your schedules and be guided accordingly.

Students who were unable to take the PRELIM Examination on their scheduled exam dates are advised to take the Special Exam on:

📅 September 25, 2026 (Friday)
🕝 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
📍 Room 408

Before taking the exam, please make sure to:

✅ Apply formally for a Special Exam at the Registrar’s Office prior to the scheduled date.
✅ Present proof of payment for the Special Exam fee to the Exam Proctor on the examination day.
✅ Coordinate with your professor to confirm your Special Exam schedule and ensure that the exam will be available in your Orange App–LMS during the confirmed schedule.

📌 Important: Only students with an approved application and proof of payment will be allowed to take the Special Exam.

OAPPS SIS AND LMS ACCOUNT MIGRATION & PASSWORD RESET GUIDE

To ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted access to our online academic platforms, World Citi Colleges is providing guidelines for OAPPS SIS and LMS account migration, as well as password reset procedures.

Students are encouraged to follow the provided instructions for:

✅ LMS account migration for freshmen and new students
✅ Password resetting for students who have forgotten their SIS and LMS credentials

For students who have not yet received their LMS account credentials, kindly check your registered email address and mobile number during the scheduled account distribution period.

For further assistance, you may contact us through WCC Connect or visit the ITSD Office located at the 4th Floor of the Main Building.
