💌 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖, 𝙆𝘼𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙏𝘼 𝙆𝘼 𝙋𝘼? 💜

The College of Arts and Sciences Council—Department of Advocacy Programs is, once again, holding the '𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙞𝙚𝙨: 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖, 𝙆𝙖𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙆𝙖?' booth at the 𝘾𝘼𝙎 𝙇𝙤𝙗𝙗𝙮, providing students with a safe space to express their frustrations, share their thoughts, and offer words of encouragement to their fellow CASmates for this mental health awareness month.

Through the 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺, “𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙒𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙉𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘿𝙞𝙙,” students were given the opportunity to anonymously write and share their unspoken thoughts, frustrations, positive affirmations, and messages of encouragement. Beyond being an outlet for emotions, the activity fostered a sense of understanding and connection, reminding students that their feelings are valid and that they are not alone in navigating the pressures of academic life.

In partnership with the 𝙐𝙎𝙂 – 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨 and its initiative, “𝙊𝙬𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙘𝙚: 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧,” the booth emphasized the importance of emotional expression, self-compassion, and supporting one another through every academic challenge. Because sometimes, asking a simple “CASama, kamusta ka?” can make all the difference. After all, we may be navigating different struggles, but we can always remind one another to take things one step at a time. 🦋 💜

Peace isn't just the absence of noise; it’s a deep, quiet calm that helps settle our minds whenever life gets overwhelming. As Jesus reminds us in John 14:27, His peace is not like the temporary fixes the world offers, freeing us from the heavy weight of daily anxiety and worry. Let's choose to let go of our pressures today and receive that steady, grounding reassurance in our hearts. 🌿🕊✨️

Life often brings moments of exhaustion, uncertainties, waiting, and leave us feeling weary. As students, we may find ourselves overwhelmed with academic responsibilities, personal struggles, and the constant pressure to keep moving forward. In these moments, God reminds us that we do not have to face every challenge alone. Waiting on Him means remaining faithful despite the unclear answers, and trusting His timing even when the journey becomes difficult. Trust in His timing, for even in seasons of waiting, He is at work within us.

May we learn to rise above our challenges through faith, allowing God to renew our spirits and guide our steps. No matter how weary we may feel, His grace is sufficient to help us keep going. 🍃✨

Through every prayer, we choose to trust God’s timing and His plan for our lives. There are moments when we may not understand why things happen the way they do, but we continue to have faith in His purpose. ✨

We believe that what is meant for us will come at the right time and in the right way. With faithful hearts, we will keep praying, trusting, and believing in God’s blessings. 💚🙏
