This program provides a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of ASEAN relations, enhance your knowledge of youth diplomacy, and explore the importance of regional cooperation. It also offers a platform to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue with fellow young leaders across the region.

Please be informed that application for the LEADERSHIP and MEDIA AWARDS for DECEMBER 2026 graduates is STILL OPEN until November 23, 2026, 5:00 PM. For guidance, please note that the policy and procedure applicable for this January 2027 Graduation is the OSA-PO-006 for the Leadership and Media Awards, superseding the initially released Office Circular No. 31, series of 2026.

However, all application requirements shall still be submitted in electronic or scanned form through the submission method stated in the official announcement for authenticity review, records filing, and presentation during deliberation.

Meanwhile, the OSA-PO-006(001) shall be effective next semester for this Academic Year. Thus, the policy will be used for the candidates of May 2027 Graduation.

Through this engagement, the University of Baguio reaffirms its support for initiatives that promote health, community involvement, and shared learning among institutions and organizations working toward healthier communities.

UNIVERSITY OF BAGUIO DECLARES 100% SMOKE AND VAPE-FREE CAMPUS; INKS PACT WITH CITY GOVERNMENT

The University of Baguio, through the representatives from the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), inked a Memorandum of Agreement with the City Government of Baguio on October 14, 2026, at the Baguio City Multipurpose Hall, to declare and enforce smoke- and vape-free schools in Baguio City.

🇵🇭CELEBRATING THE 2026 ASEAN MONTH: UB OSA HOLDS GLOBALIZATION AND INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGES WITH PROJECT D.I.G.💫

Leaders and students from the University of Baguio gathered at the gymnasium to celebrate International Students' Week and ASEAN Month. Through Project D.I.G. (The Power of Diverse Ideologies in Globalization), the university invited interested students to learn more about the world beyond the Philippines.

Organized by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), the event drew global leaders, delegates, and representatives from Western and Southeast Asian (SEA) embassies, including a cordial visit from Khaled Medical and Dental Clinic, represented by Dr. Marwan Samer Ibrahim Rajab, a UB Dentistry (SOD) alumnus, who was duly acknowledged through a courtesy call alongside University President Dr. Javier Herminio Bautista. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🌐

The event aimed to strengthen understanding, appreciation, and connection by learning about a culture of regional friendship and diverse traditions and ideologies that transcend university boundaries through an international cultural parade, keynote addresses, performing arts presentations, an intercultural knowledge exchange, and interactive cultural booths.

Supporting expanded globalization through learning and cultural appreciation, the institution extends its heartfelt appreciation to OSA Director Dr. Beverly Laltoog, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Janice Kalyn Lonogan, dedicated leaders, and institutional representatives.
