VISION:
A competent student governing body engaging with a high sense of commitment in Community Service and Student-empowerment through representation and exemplary youth leadership. MISSION:
Caraga State University's Student Government highly commits itself to lead, serve, and realize the student populace's interests with honor, discipline, and integrity. The USG shall equally protect and promot

e the rights of the students' fundamental freedom, peace, and unity; promote volunteerism for the welfare of the members. The USG shall recognize all student government and campus organizations' essential function to promote mutual understanding through spiritual, social, intellectual, recreational, and scientific programs and activities. The USG recognizes the League of Campus Organizationsโ€™ (LCO) essential role in empowering the students' cooperation for building a well-developed institution of higher learning. The USG shall uphold fairness, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and integrity in pursuing student leadership and governance. Mold the studentry to be community-engaged students; and encourage awareness on social, mental, spiritual, emotional responsibilities both as a student and as a citizen.

Pursuant to Special Order No. 2526-039 issued by the Office of the USG President and approved during the 4th Special Session of the University Student Government held on June 11, 2026, the official Event Directors for Buswak 2026 have been designated to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of the universityโ€™s annual student celebration.

Appointed to lead the event is ๐€๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐€. ๐€๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฉ as Executive Director, together with the Associate Directors: ๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐. ๐‚๐ฎ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ, ๐‚๐ข๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐‚๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐ˆ. ๐‚๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐š๐ฌ, ๐€๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ž ๐ƒ. ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฅ ๐„๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ ๐. ๐€๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง.

As the steering team for Buswak 2026, they are entrusted with supervising preparations, coordinating committees, formulating event guidelines, and ensuring the successful ex*****on of activities that embody the spirit, culture, and unity of the CSU student body.

Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, ating ginugunita ang katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong nagsakripisyo upang makamit ang kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon.

Higit pa sa isang makasaysayang pagdiriwang, ang araw na ito ay paalala na ang kalayaan ay kaakibat ng pananagutan. Nasa ating mga kamay ang pagpapatuloy ng adhikain ng mga naunang henerasyonโ€”ang pagbuo ng isang lipunang makatarungan, makatao, at may malasakit sa kapwa.

Nawaโ€™y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanilang mga sakripisyo upang maging mabuting mamamayan tayo sa ating sariling paraanโ€”sa loob ng paaralan, sa ating mga komunidad, at sa paglilingkod sa bayan.

What happens when students make their voices heard?

Out of 4,454 student responses, ๐Ÿ‘,๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ (๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ“.๐Ÿ“%) voted in ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ of the proposed revisions to the CSU-USG Constitution, while ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ– (๐Ÿ.๐Ÿ“%) voted in ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ and ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ” (๐Ÿ๐Ÿ.๐Ÿ—%) chose to ๐š๐›๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง.

Congratulations to the CSU Main University Student Government and the entire student body for the approval of the revised CSU-USG Constitution. This milestone reflects the collective effort of student leaders and students who took part in the process and exercised their right to vote.

Because a constitution is more than a document. It is a guide that should continue to reflect the needs, concerns, and aspirations of the students it serves.

๐Ž๐ ๐˜๐Ž๐”๐‘ ๐–๐€๐‹๐‹: Last Day of Voting for the CSU USG-Main Constitution Ratification

The University Student Government reminds all students that today is the last day of voting for the proposed revision of the CSU USG-Main Constitution. Results will be announced tomorrow after the voting period closes.

Students are encouraged to participate as this directly shapes student governance. Failure to vote without a valid and duly recognized justification may result in temporary blocking of clearance.
