Led by the 𝗨𝗡𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, FUNdaMENTAL promotes mental well-being through mindful activities that encourage relaxation, self-awareness, and self-care. Through yoga, participants were given the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves while finding balance between physical wellness and mental health.

The activity reminds us that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies. By making time for rest, mindfulness, and personal well-being, we can build healthier habits and create a more supportive and mindful campus community.

Every word holds a story, and every story carries a piece of our heritage.

Through “𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗸, 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴,” we explored the power of writing in preserving Indigenous traditions, ancestral wisdom, and cultural identity. Facilitated by 𝗜𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝘂𝗳𝗼, BSTM 2nd Year, the workshop reminded us that words can keep our heritage alive and pass meaningful stories from one generation to the next.

May every letter we write become a part of the legacy we preserve, and every story we share serve as a bridge between our past and our future.

Every thread carries a story, every tradition holds a memory, and every cultural expression reflects an identity worth preserving.

Through “𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀,” we celebrate the richness of Indigenous heritage and recognize the importance of honoring ancestral traditions, respecting cultural identity, and preserving the stories passed down through generations.

May this exhibit remind us that our heritage is more than a part of our past. It is a living legacy that deserves our respect, appreciation, and protection.
