Nagwagi ang STI College of Cotabato sa Bangsamoro Productivity Olympics o BPO 2026, na isinagawa bilang bahagi ng Bangsamoro Labor Summit cm Productivity Olympics sa Cotabato City, ngayong araw ng Miyerkules, Oktubre 28.

Nag-uwi ang paaralan ng ₱50,000 matapos ang kanilang pagsali sa kompetisyon na kumikilala sa mga organisasyong nagsusulong ng mahusay na workplace practices at pagpapataas ng produktibidad.

Ayon kay Glenn Gonzales, HR Officer ng STI College of Cotabato, ito ang kauna-unahang pagkakataon na lumahok sila sa kompetisyon at kauna-unahan ding pagkapanalo ng kanilang institusyon.

Kinilala ang STI College Cotabato bilang Productivity Champion sa Bangsamoro Productivity Olympics 2026 dahil sa mga kasanayan nito sa lugar ng trabaho na nagtataguyod ng productivity.

Kabilang din sa mga awardee ang Notre Dame of Upi, Inc. sa Maguindanao del Norte; Notre Dame of Bongao, Inc. sa Tawi-Tawi; Wao Development Corporation sa Lanao del Sur; at Claret School of Lamitan sa Basilan.

Samantala, tumanggap naman ng special recognition ang Lamsan Group of Companies, Cotabato Light, isang kompanya ng Aboitiz, at Notre Dame University para sa kanilang kahusayan sa kooperasyon ng labor at management.

Layunin ng Bangsamoro Productivity Olympics na kilalanin ang mga establisimyentong nagpapakita ng mahusay na mga pamamaraan sa paggawa at palakasin ang ugnayan ng mga manggagawa at pamunuan tungo sa mas maayos at produktibong kapaligiran sa trabaho.

🏆 𝐀 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆! 🎉

STI College Cotabato was adjudged as Champion in the Bangsamoro Productivity Olympics (BPO) 2026 during the Bangsamoro Labor Summit today, October 28,2026, at the KCC Convention Hall, Cotabato City.
The recognition was given by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) - BARMM to qualified duly-registered private companies in BARMM. The award gave emphasis on the best practices done by companies in relation to Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) and on those with the most innovative and effective productivity improvement programs (PIPs). During the awarding ceremony, MOLE-BARMM mentioned the open line of communication between labor & management, the assistance offered and given to STI’s employees in their professional development, and the incentive & profit sharing programs of the school.
The nominee-companies picked and evaluated for the award were Claret School of Lamitan (Lamitan City), Notre Dame of Bonggao (Tawi-Tawi), Notre Dame of Upi (Maguindanao del Norte), STI College Cotabato (Cotabato City), and Wao Development Corporation (Lanao del Sur).
The awarding ceremony was personally attended by MOLE-BARMM Minister, Datu Muslimin G. Sema.
