STI College Cotabato started its operations in 1993 and was first located in what is now the STI-HRM Building at Don Rufino Alonzo Street. It offered short-term programming courses. From this humble beginning, it is now comprised of three campuses (STI Main Building, STI HRM Building and STI Pansacala), offering six degree courses and has an enrollment of 1,800 students. STI Cotabato is one of the

top ten STI schools nationwide in terms of population as well as academic performance. What guides STIโ€™s faculty and staff is its โ€œEnrollment to Employmentโ€ System, or more popularly known as the E2E System. The system provides the complete approach to human resources development and it ensures industry-applicable education, students who are job-ready and of course, assists in the job placement of the graduates.
