📣 ATTENTION, SENIOR HIGH! | THE 4H FRAMEWORK

As temperatures continue to rise, the Department of Education (DepEd), through Memorandum No. 064, s. 2026, introduces the 4H Framework to guide schools in managing class schedules and academic activities based on heat index levels and classroom conditions.

The framework highlights four levels: HAYO, HINAY, HINGA, and HINTO, each corresponding to appropriate measures to protect learners and school personnel from extreme heat.

Let us stay informed, practice proper hydration, follow safety precautions, and remain mindful of our surroundings. Your health and safety should always come first!

☀️ Stay cool. Stay hydrated. Stay safe!

REMEMBER, CITY HIGH: OUR SAFETY ALWAYS COMES FIRST! 💛

This Teachers’ Day, let’s fill our Online Teachers’ Dedication Wall with words of appreciation, gratitude, and encouragement for the teachers who continue to guide, inspire, and believe in us. 🫶

Every message matters, so let’s make sure that this space remains positive, respectful, and meaningful. We will NOT accommodate below-the-belt words, insults, inappropriate comments, or messages intended to hurt or disrespect anyone.

Instead, let’s use this opportunity to spread kindness, gratitude, and appreciation. A simple “Thank you,” a memorable experience, or a few words of encouragement can mean so much to a teacher. 💐

📌 Share your dedication here:

Last Wednesday’s Flag Ceremony became extra special as we kicked off our Teachers’ Day Celebration! 💙 We celebrated the dedication and hard work of our teachers through smiles, appreciation, and music. 🎶✨

One of the highlights was singing “With a Smile” by Eraserheads together—a simple but meaningful way to remind our teachers that their efforts inspire us every day. 💐📚

To all our teachers, thank you for guiding us, believing in us, and always sharing a smile. Happy Teachers’ Day! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫💙
