All incoming first-year students are required to take the Entrance Examination as part of the admission process. To secure a schedule for the exam, applicants must successfully complete the Entrance Examination Application Form.

Applicants must meet any of the following:
-A Senior High School graduate
-A graduate of the Old Curriculum (High School Graduate)
-A Transferee from another institution (Transferee mula sa ibang paaralan)

Please take note of these strict policies to avoid disqualification:

ONE SUBMISSION ONLY: Submit the application form only once. Applicants who submit multiple applications will be restricted from taking the entrance examination.

NO RETAKERS: We do not accommodate RETAKERS. Applicants who have already taken the entrance examination in their campus or those who took the exam in the previous year are no longer allowed to take the examination again.

Please be informed that there is no suspension of classes. Students with classes scheduled at 5:00 PM onwards shall proceed with their classes as scheduled.

However, classes held on the third floor may shift to asynchronous learning, subject to coordination with the concerned faculty members.

The entire KCAST community is reminded to remain vigilant, exercise caution, and stay alert to any further advisories. Please familiarize the nearest emergency exits and designated evacuation areas, and always follow established safety protocols.

Please be informed that classes will resume at 1:00 PM today, October 29, 2026, following clearance from the RDANA Team and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC).

However, the entire KCAST community is strongly advised to remain vigilant, familiarize themselves with designated emergency exits and evacuation routes, and stay alert for any further instructions or advisories.

Earthquakes can happen anytime, without warning. While we cannot predict when they will occur, we can prepare ourselves to respond calmly, safely, and responsibly. Let us remain proactive, prioritize everyone’s safety, and always be ready to act when necessary.

HOLIDAY ADVISORY||

The Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology (KCAST) informs all students, faculty, and personnel of the following holidays:

* November 1, 2026 (Sunday) – All Saints’ Day
Special Non-Working Day
* November 2, 2026 (Monday) – All Souls’ Day
Additional Special Non-Working Day

In accordance with Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, normal office operations and classes will resume on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Everyone is advised to take note of this schedule and be guided accordingly.

ADVISORY | EARTHQUAKE
October 29, 2026

As of this moment, there is no suspension of classes following the recent earthquake.

Students are advised to have their lunch and not to return to their classrooms until further notice while awaiting the campus safety assessment.

Updates will be posted at 1:00 PM after the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC)/RDANA conducts an assessment of the campus.

Everyone is reminded to remain calm, vigilant, and prioritize safety.

Please be advised that the Bagwis Building hallway will be temporarily inaccessible due to the ongoing construction of the steel staircase for the building’s emergency exit.

Construction work, including drilling, will be conducted until completion. Please take alternative routes and avoid passing through the affected hallway for your safety.

Moreover, Rooms 13 and 14 may be affected by dust during the construction. Kindly take the necessary precautions.
