More than 900 students responded to our sensing form, sharing how the prevailing heat conditions affect their academic performance and overall learning experience. Today, our collective concerns have finally reached the Campus Administration.
The PUP Lopez Central Student Council (PUPL-CSC) is pleased to announce that our request for the 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, in consideration of the prevailing heat conditions, has been signed and approved by the Campus Administration.
The request was formally submitted through the initiative of the Councilor-Chairperson for Students' Rights and Welfare and the President of the PUP Lopez Central Student Council. However, while they were the ones who brought this request forward, the strength behind it came from the collective response of the studentry. The more than 900 responses to our sensing form provided the basis for raising this concern and demonstrated that this was not merely an individual request, but a shared concern for the welfare of our fellow Iskolar ng Bayan.
Our sincerest gratitude goes to every Iskolar ng Bayan who participated in the sensing form and made their voices heard. This is not just a win for the Council. This is a win for the entire studentry. The request may have been submitted by your representatives, but it was your collective response that gave it strength.
