The Inter-Global College Foundation, Inc. (IGCFI) β College of Hospitality Management continues to elevate hospitality education through an exclusive W**e Master Class for its Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) IV students, held at Inwood Tavern and led by Mr. Eanglebert Guina, Founder of W**e Head Sommelier Philippines, 2018 Philippines Sommelier Competition Champion, and Lucaris Crystal Philippines Brand Ambassador.
Guided by the principle that βthe best way to learn w**e is to taste w**e,β students experienced hands-on learning in w**e appreciation, sensory evaluation, professional presentation, and food-and-w**e pairing. This immersive industry engagement strengthened their technical competencies, service confidence, and readiness for the demands of the global hospitality industry.
