We are now accepting submissions of post-deployment requirements. Please prepare the following documents and ensure they are duly signed by the authorized person(s), as needed.

BRING 1 ORIGINAL AND 1 PHOTOCOPY OF THE FOLLOWING:
📍 Completely Signed Internship Endorsement and
Approval Form, for verification.
📍 Internship Evaluation Form
📍 Internship Rating Form
📍 Tally Sheet for Alternative Modalities and Certificates (if applicable)
📍 UMak Career Forum Certificate of Attendance (-for graduating students only)
📍 UMak Job Fair Certificate of Attendance (-for graduating students only)
📍 One (1) Color Coded Folder

🔍 NOTE: We will not accept original copies for submission.

📝 9 Step Submission Process:
1️⃣ Student-Intern: Complete the required internship duration
2️⃣ Student-Intern: Prepare all post-deployment requirements
3️⃣ Internship Adviser: Review the submitted documents
4️⃣ College Internship Adviser & Dean: Approve and sign the Internship Clearance Form (List of Cleared Student-Interns)
5️⃣-6️⃣Internship Adviser: Submit the documents to the Center for Linkages and Placement (CLP) and notifies the studen interns to submit their post-deployment requirements to CLP
7️⃣ CLP: Receives the Internship Clearance form
8️⃣ Student-Intern: Submit the post-deployment requirements to CLP
9️⃣ CLP: Stamp the Student Evaluation Form as "cleared" with date of submission and return the internship clearance form to the adviser once all the student-interns are cleared

📌 NOTE: Deadline of submission will follow the schedule set by your Internship Coordinator/Adviser.

The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) announces the seventh and final session of the Pre-Internship Seminar Series, scheduled on Saturday, October 24, 2026, entitled “Bank Smart: Master Your Money, Own Your Future.”

The session aims to equip students with essential financial management knowledge and practical skills to help them make informed financial decisions and work toward a financially stable future. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) will share its expertise during the session.

Participants are encouraged to attend onsite at the Auditorium of Asia Pacific College to benefit from the opportunity to learn directly from the guest subject-matter expert.

For students who cannot attend onsite, the session will also be streamed via Zoom using the following credentials:
