Looking back on another triumphant academic year, New Era University (NEU) recognizes that behind every achievement are the people whose dedication and efforts help drive its success. In appreciation of their invaluable contributions to the University’s endeavors, NEU held its Appreciation Night on October 27, 2026, at the University Hall.
The occasion, held annually every October, also commemorates the birth month of Iglesia Ni Cristo Executive Minister Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo. It likewise reflects the University’s gratitude to the Church Administration for their unwavering guidance and support.
During the event, ministers, faculty members, and staff who reached significant service milestones were presented with plaques of recognition, honoring their years of dedicated service to the University. The awardees represented 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service, reflecting their continued contributions to the institution. Offices, departments, and individuals were also acknowledged for their outstanding accomplishments and efforts in supporting the University’s projects, programs, and operations throughout the past academic year.
The presentation of plaques and awards was led by University President and Chairman of the NEU Board of Trustees, Dr. Alberto R. Domingo Jr. Joining him on stage were Atty. Dorothy Kristine M. Orosa (NEU Basic Education Consultant), Bro. Julie D. Gregorio (Vice President for Administration), Atty. Gernalyn A. Solano (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Audrey Lyle D. Diego (Vice President for Student Affairs and Services), Bro. Edmario M. Reyes (DISD Director and Board of Trustees Member), and Atty. Randy B. Escolango (NEU Alumni Association, Inc. President).
Beyond the recognition of individual and collective achievements, the NEU Appreciation Night reaffirmed the University’s foremost purpose: to give honor and glory to Almighty God. As NEU celebrates the accomplishments of its community, it acknowledges that every success is made possible through His abundant guidance and blessings.
The University’s victories, therefore, serve not only as a testament to the dedication of its people but also as an expression of gratitude to God, to whom all praise and thanksgiving belong.
