The Shakespearean Linguists Organization is so proud to celebrate our very own! Being a Ramonian means showing great talent on and off the stage. Through stories, speeches, and writing, students were able to share their ideas and feelings in amazing ways.

A shining example of this talent is Marinela R. Paje from PRMSU-San Marcelino. She amazed everyone with her great performance of the piece "The Orator" by Anton Chekhov. Beating four other talented performers, she proudly won 1st Place in the Storytelling category! Following her were Krizz Mae E. Artates from CTE-Iba in 2nd place and Reynalyn B. Sabuya from PRMSU-Castillejos in 3rd place. This wonderful success was also made possible through the guidance and support of her coach, Sir Gerald P. Agpalo.

Among all the events in Literary Arts, one thing stands out: the wonderful ability of Ramonians to use words to share powerful messages. From the stories told to the words written, every participant added bright color to the art of expression. Huge congratulations to Marinela R. Paje and her coach for this big win, and to all the artists who brought words and stories to life! Keep using your voices and pens to tell stories, express yourselves, and inspire others.

The court is set.
The teams are ready.
The competition is about to unfold.

For the 4th President’s Cup, Technoscribe steps into the arena—not as a player, but as the eyes behind the lens, the voice behind the play-by-play, and the pen that records every battle.

From the opening whistle to the final buzzer, we will capture the heat of the competition, the intensity of every matchup, the triumphs, the setbacks, and the moments that define the game.

Because every score tells a story.
Every athlete has a moment.
And every game deserves to be remembered.

Under one banner, we compete.
Under one university, we stand.

"𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆."

Inside our heads, we have many different feelings every day: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Disgust, Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui. Every single emotion is a natural part of who we are.

However, there are times when Anxiety takes full control, when Sadness feels too heavy, or when Embarrassment makes us want to hide away from everyone. During these hard times, it is easy to feel lonely and think we have to fight these feelings by ourselves. Just like in Riley’s story, all your feelings are normal and valid. But you should never have to suffer in silence. As we observe 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉, the 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 wants to remind everyone that hope begins with connection. We do not have to face life's darkest and most difficult moments in isolation.

This month, let us actively build a compassionate community where we check in on one another. We can start by creating safe spaces for honest, vulnerable conversations without fear of judgment. We can practice compassionate listening, knowing that simply offering a quiet ear can pull someone out of their darkest thoughts. Most importantly, we can extend a helping hand, because a random message, a warm check-in, or reassuring someone that they are seen can literally save a life.

No matter how overwhelming your mind feels today, always remember:
𝑰𝑻’𝑺 𝑶𝑲𝑨𝒀 𝑵𝑶𝑻 𝑻𝑶 𝑩𝑬 𝑶𝑲𝑨𝒀….. 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑻𝑬𝑹.

Asking for help is never a sign of weakness; it shows strength and courage. If you or someone you know is going through a hard time, please remember that help, hope, and people who care are always here for you. You are not alone.
