The Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) is the only association that represents all employees, presidents, and trustees associated with a community college. All 28 colleges within the F

lorida College System (FCS) support the work of the AFC through institutional dues, along with nearly 9,000 individual community college employees and retirees through individual memberships and the sharing of their talents, time, and energy. The AFC actively promotes, democratically represents, supports, and serves the individual members and institutions in their goal to provide students and the citizens of Florida with the best educational system. They do this through:

• Networking connections

Congratulations to all AFC scholarship recipients! This year, we were able to issue scholarships for spring and summer. Next year, we plan to increase the amounts awarded, so look out for informative emails if you are continuing your education.
