Congratulations to Erin Phelan! We are excited to announce that her request for a Governor’s Proclamation for Radiologic Technology Week has been officially accepted by Governor Wes Moore’s office.

The Class of 2027 will be using the C-Arm today (Tuesday & Thursday) Let’s see what they find hidden under the sterile field! (I placed some common items seen in surgery. will they recognize the items under fluoro while performing an exam!!! Stay tuned, I will reveal the items Thursday after all labs are completed!!

Class of 2028 is practicing Pediatrics! Wowza! Can you believe it! They will be able to perform PreTesting & Comping on Pediatric Chest and Abdomen when they earn their Markers!!!! This is so exciting!!!!!

I am looking for one recent CCBC Radiography program graduate to serve on our Medical Imaging Advisory Board! Must have graduated from the CCBC Radiography Program in 2024, 2025, or 2026. This is a volunteer position - with food! - and we meet twice a year: in March or April and again in October, in person and on the Essex campus.

Your role will be to attend the meetings and give your advice and vote on all things related to all our programs and courses. This includes admission processes, outcome assessment data, accreditation, and much more. You will not be representing your employer, but rather yourself as a recent graduate of the program.
