Urology Experts is seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our busy, well-established Urology practice with offices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. The PA will work collaboratively with our team of board-certified urologists, nurses, and medical staff to provide comprehensive urologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

This role includes clinic responsibilities, minor procedures, and hospital rounding/consult coverage on a rotating schedule (approximately every 4–5 weeks). The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Outpatient (Clinic)

Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative checks.
Perform and assist with in-office urologic procedures (e.g., catheter changes, bladder installations, cystoscopy assistance, stent removals).
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
Formulate treatment plans under physician supervision in accordance with Florida PA regulations.
Provide patient education and counseling regarding diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing management.
Inpatient (Hospital)

Provide hospital coverage at local affiliated hospitals (rotating schedule every 4–5 weeks with team coverage).Our office only covers Gulf Coast Hospital on our call weeks.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Ability to start at 6:30AM at our locations
Current Florida PA license and NCCPA certification required.
Current BLS/ACLS certification.
Excellent clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
DEA license required but not necessary to start; must be obtained within an agreed timeframe after hire
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.( New grads welcome) 100,000-130,000
