Prenatal Plus Mental Health Services
Provide counseling and support to pregnant individuals experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, and other challenges during pregnancy. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for or actively pursuing Florida Registered Intern status or licensure. Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish is strongly preferred.
Salary: $54,000–$55,500

Teen Triple P Parenting Program
Provide Teen Triple P, an evidence-based parenting program supporting caregivers of teens ages 11 and older. Services are provided in homes, community and office-based settings, and via telehealth throughout Palm Beach County. Triple P training and accreditation will be provided to candidates who are not already accredited.
Salary: $52,000–$53,500

Triple P Parenting Program – Martin County
Provide evidence-based parenting support to caregivers of children and adolescents ages 0–18. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and Triple P training and accreditation will be provided.

Fort Myers, FL, July 31, 2026 ─ Lee County Human & Veteran Services reminds residents that it will continue to partner with the Lee County Library System, LeeTran and United Way Resiliency Hubs to offer heat-related assistance to people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations.

Lee County Library locations offer a cool respite during daytime temperature highs. For a list of locations, as well as operating hours, go to www.leegov.com/library/branches.

United Way Resiliency Hubs are also available throughout the county for people seeking relief from the heat. Resiliency Hubs that are typically open include Goodwill Industries in Charleston Park, Literacy Council Gulf Coast in Bonita Springs, Goodwill Industries West Cape Coral, Children’s Advocacy Center of SWFL - Palm Beach Boulevard, Community Cooperative, Franklin Park Elementary, The Heights Center, Pine Manor Improvement Association, Tice United Way Resiliency Hub at Goodwill Industries, Lehigh Community Services, Beacon of Hope Pine Island, and F.I.S.H of Sanibel-Captiva.

The county’s Housing, Outreach and Treatment (HOT) teams will continue work throughout August as needed to connect with individuals experiencing homelessness to provide resources and distribute hot-weather supplies, including drinking water and cooling wraps.

Lee County Transit (LeeTran) periodically also may provide stand-by cooling buses, depending on bus availability and heat.
