We are the student chapter of the National Association of Student Journalists at the University of Southern California. NAHJ USC hosts meaningful workshops and is committed to the advancement of Hispanics in the journalism industry. We offer you the opportunity to network and learn from professional journalists in the industry, apply for scholarships, attend the national NAHJ convention and bring diversity to both campus and the industry. At the national level, the "National Association of Hispanic Journalists is the largest organization of Latino journalists in the United States. Our mission is to increase the number of Latinos in the newsrooms. We also work toward fair and accurate representation of Latinos in news media."
