✨💙✨ There was something especially beautiful about the quiet sincerity of Rhonda & Bill’s wedding day— an intimate gathering with immediate family, a simple but meaningful fireside ceremony beside the warm hearth in their beautiful home along the golf course green, lovingly-joined hands, overflowing hearts & sweet vows spoken with an easy & steady certainty: to remain right there by each other’s side, with all of their hearts for all of their days.

✨💍✨ As they exchanged rings— brilliant circles with neither beginning nor end— you could feel the limitless depth of the life they’ve already built together & the radiant, ongoing love that will continue to grow throughout the years ahead.

From their very first messages across the Washington-Oklahoma miles to a quiet knowing neither could quite fully put into words, Stephanie & Noah blissfully followed their hearts & beamed with soul-deep smiles on the limitless path of enduring love.

At a vacation house on the river, they finally had their first date... a stretch of 3 lovely days of great meals, pedal boating & warm fireside chats, mini golf, hot tubbing, & simply enjoying the incredible goodness of being. 🥰

Their long-distance connection soon gave way to much closer presence, & presence to a formidable partnership, with one shared life taking shape. Together, they blended family homes, welcomed sweet Thomas into their world, & continued choosing “we” in all the ways that matter most. Then, this past February, as they strolled the windswept Oregon Coast & the cold salt water ebbed to the sea, Noah seized the perfect moment & knelt on sandy, wet bended knee, asking Stephanie to officially become “we”. 🌊💍✨

Noah’s question was one they’d already been living the answer to, & Stephanie’s reply was less like a beginning & more like a recognition... of all that was steady, certain, well in place & meant to be.♾️

Dear newlyweds, your “someday” is no longer a promise—it’s where you’ve sweetly arrived, so perfectly on time. It was the utmost honor to preside & to witness a love so grounded, generous, deeply rooted & alive. Brightest congratulations again, Stephanie & Noah! ✨🤍✨

Four years ago this past March, Carrie & Greg’s paths first aligned, in an immediate & electric connection!

Instantly-engaging conversation, levity & laughter soon flowed into countless shared adventures like sports games, concerts, billiards, road trips, & family time at the cabin on the lake. Whether exploring somewhere new or simply savoring quiet time for just two, they always found themselves there for each another, with endless parallels drawing them ever-closer together.✨🧲✨

While marrying hearts & lives was always on Greg & Carrie’s minds, they’d long envisioned their wedding day’s awesome details, well before ever getting engaged & long before that wonderfully-pivotal November day, when Greg hid his location & set out on his way to secretly secure the perfect ring… infused with Winter proposal intentions & new beginnings to their everything.❄💍❄

Although initially planned for Leavenworth, the perfect moment actually found them on a snowy Sunriver stroll, as soft flakes fell upon them & wrapped the world in stillness. It was here where Greg shared what had been on his heart for so long—that “perfect timing” isn’t something to wait for, but something that love quietly creates through every imperfect, beautiful moment along the way. ✨❤️✨

Greg then knelt on one knee & asked the question that would shape their future’s bright reality. With happy tears & overflowing hearts, the newly-engaged lovebirds fluttered back to share the sweet news with their kids & celebrate the bright new milestone—the next step in their “together forever.” ✨💕♾️

Carrie & Greg, I’m so grateful to have stood by your side on your special day & wish you a gorgeous long life of deepest love & healthy, inspired living at every step along the way!

✨🔔✨Under perfectly sunny skies on a beautiful winter day, I had the absolute honor of officiating for our dear family friends… now newlyweds!

Surrounded by a small group of loved ones, it was an intimate ceremony—sweetly succinct but brimming with meaning & magnitude—which highlighted how they first met on a perfect spring morning in May & quickly discovered how effortless being together could feel. What began as an instant connection—hiking, sharing lunch, & taking in the beauty all around—soon grew stronger through long drives, deep conversations, & countless other adventures. Before long, it was clear that they couldn’t ever imagine spending all of their seasons with anyone else. 🌿💛

After they said, “I do!” & signed the license & decorative certificate, we savored a delicious meal, toasted the happy couple, & watched them share their first bites of wedding cake with a tender love in their eyes I’ll never forget. 🍰💕

These are moments I’m so eternally grateful to be in—not just as an officiant but as a friend.🥰

With dog as their witness, Sienna & Javier said, “I Do!” & sealed their marriage with a kiss before celebrating in the Gorge with their nearest & dearest—chasing waterfalls & sparkling rainbows in the mist, & resonating deeply with the PNW beauty that so ubiquitously & sweetly exists.

Vowing to remain right by each other’s side no matter what comes their way, it was a short & intimate ceremony that elevated the Love that lives on forever—one that warmly filled the hearts of all of us around them & expanded into every room of their lovely family home where they were wed.

From the amazing Autumn weather to their tender first look as her father escorted her across the verdant lawn at their lovely family property, Megan & Rook’s ceremony thoughtfully honored Love’s mysterious & magical ways, & how serendipitously their connection felt like a long-awaited reunion of two souls who’d known each other for lifetimes… finally finding their way across the universe back home into each other’s arms.💫💕💫

Palo Santo, a celestial-themed Handfasting, vibrant Fall flowers, an ethereal veil, beautiful embroidered floral accents on the bride’s gown, a hexagonal arch, lovely brass touches, a delicious three-tiered cake… every big & little detail they considered made their ceremony & special day so sweetly & perfectly theirs. 🌞💍🌝

Standing at Memphis’ National Civil Rights Museum some years ago, I was moved to tears… reminded how intensely & tirelessly Dr. King dedicated his life to fighting for love, equality, & justice.

As my day unwinds, I reflect on this national holiday on which we honor a man who believed deeply in the power of love to change hearts, laws, & lives. May we follow in those footsteps & choose love boldly, in marriage & in each & every one of our actions so that the ripples may be felt all throughout our precious world, now & for generations to come.✨🤍✨

On a picture-perfect early Autumn day, holding hands & seeing the future in each other’s eyes, Danica & Cameron sweetly said I Do!

Their journey began in 2016 &, despite a certain someone’s ultra-shy-but-adorable nature it was a strong & immediate connection that took them from fast friends, through nearly a decade of many sweet firsts, to Mr. & Mrs!

Cameron & Danica, may your love continue to flow like the peaceful stretch of river that served as the perfect backdrop for your engagement & may your hearts ever-glow warmly like the twinkling fairy lights & beautiful engagement ring that will always be a part of the beautiful chapter that delivered you to this sweet day & all of your together forever to come!

Their journey began in 2018. Love found them over brunch & baked goods, where Stephen was captivated by Brittany & her incredible champagne cupcakes🧁& Brittany was charmed by Stephen & his adopted dog, Bentley 🐶.

Adventure after adventure, their family grew to include Rainier, Oakley & Teddy... & their lives became even more sweetly & deeply intertwined as did the rooted knowing that, together, their hearts were always happily home ❤️.

During their 6-year anniversary trip, at the edge of the mighty Pacific 🌊, on a cold, rainy day & the precipice of their one-shared life, the clouds majestically parted ways, making room for the sun’s magnificent rays to drench the two in glorious golden light & in what felt like the perfect sign. With ring in hand💍& a little help from eventide’s glow, Stephen seized the moment, happy tears welled in Brittany’s eyes &, from bended knee, their forever began.

Early this Autumn, I was blessed with the special honor of performing their lovely Handfasting & joining the two in marriage—back beside the mighty Pacific on their long-awaited, magical day.✨
