Olivia is from Fredericktown, Ohio and is a proud recent alum of MVNU
Olivia’s favorite part of her job is getting to make connections with students and getting to help them in their transition to starting college!
When she’s not connecting with future Cougars, you can find her crocheting everything from sweaters and hats to blankets and bags!
Olivia’s Advice for future college students is to always try and visit MVNU when the students are on a campus. The campus is much more lively and can give you a truer
feeling to what college life is like here!

Meet Caleb Dettmer
Admissions Counselor
He serves Eastern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, and Pennsylvania!
Caleb is from Butler, Ohio and he graduated from MVNU in 2025!
His favorite part of his job is getting to build relationships with incoming students and having the opportunity to not only help them make their college decisions, but also build a friendship with them, pour into them, and encourage them in their journey.
Fun Fact: Caleb plays in a local bluegrass gospel band.
Caleb’s advice for future students is to enjoy the process and not put excess pressure on yourself. “I have a criminal justice degree and am now working in admissions, so trust that the Lord is going to guide you exactly where you need to be!” - Caleb

Meet Zoe Bricker
Senior Admissions Counselor
She serves SCO, NWO and the South
Zoe is from Columbus, Ohio (right by the zoo), Zoe is a proud MVNU alum who graduated in 2024 with a degree in Communications and Media.
Zoe’s favorite part of her job is getting to go to all the events, connecting with students, and helping students find their place here.
When she’s not working on campus, you can find her playing her guitar, hitting the pickleball courts, exploring hiking trails with friends, and getting Victory Royales on Fortnite. She’s also a proud cat mom to Chubbs (who has extra toes!) and Winston!
Zoe’s advice to future students is to get involved and put yourself out there! Whether it’s through your major, clubs, or student government, there are so many ways to find
your people and make MVNU feel like home! 💚💙💚

Meet Abigail Joe
Campus Visits & Welcome Center Manager
She oversees the Welcome Center Assistants, Tour Guides, and Admissions Social Media
Abigail moved around a lot growing up and has lived in Alabama and Tennessee, but she really grew up in Circleville, Ohio, which is known for the Pumpkin Show!
She attended MVNU and graduated in 2021!
Abigail’s favorite part of her job is meeting all the visitors who come to campus. She loves getting to know them, hearing about where they are from, and seeing them have such a great visit experience.
Fun Fact: Abigail loves to travel and wants to see more of the beautiful world the Lord created.
Abigail’s tip for visitors: College is such an important decision, so trust wherever the Lord is leading you. Ask questions, take it all in, and follow the path where you feel the most at peace and excitement about your future.
