Some of our students and Professor Yi Zheng recently attended the SMIFC Student Conference in Chicago, where they competed in the Financial Analysis and Poster Board Stock Competitions.
Along the way, our students saw what peers from other programs are working on and connected with industry professionals. The group also visited the Chicago Fed, getting an inside look at the Federal Reserve system.
Serving as a judge gave Professor Zheng a behind-the-scenes view of how the competitions are evaluated, insight that will help us strengthen our teams in the years ahead.
We are proud of our students for representing our school.
