Today some of the brothers volunteered at Bangor's AlleyCat6. This bicycle race helped better familiarize the community of the Bangor area with various checkpoints and tasks to accomplish for all who participated. We had a great time helping out at the checkpoints and look forward to next year!

Yesterday we were given the honor of receiving the paddle from an extremely generous alumni. Brother Buchanan a brother back in the 1940s has done a tremendous amount for this chapter. Therefore we returned the favor and made space for the gift he gave us, his paddle in our chapter room. Thank you for everything you have done for us Brother Buchanan!

This weekend some of the brothers participated in the Old Town Rec Centers 1st dodgeball tournament. We all had a great time playing and volunteering for our community partner!

We had a great time yesterday volunteering at the Old Town Recreational Center. We helped clean their grounds for the upcoming spring and summer programs. A great way to start off such a beautiful day!

Sam Morrison is a 4th year Art Education major. He also has many talents including the bass guitar, the piano, telling jokes, and pie eating. He had a chance to showcase all of theses talents last night in the Mr. Fraternity competition hosted by Alpha Omicron Pi. Sam won this highly competitive endeavor, making him the Beta Brother Of the week, Congratulations Sam Morrison!!!!!

The final tally is in! This year marked the 23rd Annual Beta Theta Pi SleepOut and it was a huge success. We were able to raise $7403 for the R**e Response Services of Bangor. Thank you everyone who came out to the event and a huge thank you for everyone who donated to our event, we couldn't have done it without your support!

Grant Meserve is a second year Kinesiology Major. He is also the 5-0 Athletic Chairman. This week he was volunteering at the Old Town Recreation Center and he went above and beyond the call of duty by staying for 4 hours and doing whatever was needed of him, making him the Beta Brother of the week. Thank you Grant!!!!
