**PSC Rebuilds Updates***
1. For those who have submitted an application before the application deadline but have not heard from us, it is likely that we have not received your application email. Please forward your original application email to us, and as long as the original email is timestamped before the deadline, we can work with you to get your application reviewed with this current batch of applications. If this applies to you, please message us here with your name and, if possible, a screenshot of your original application email, so we can be on the lookout for it.
2. For clarification, the PSC Rebuilds program information request is not an application. The application is a multi-page document that the applicants would have needed to fill out and provide their supporting documentation. If you have not been emailed this application by our department, then you have not completed an application.
3. For those who completed the PSC Rebuilds program information request before it was closed, we will be sending out another round of applications to your provided email sometime in September to start processing applications for classes next year. We will update everyone on here when this process has started.
4. For those who were not able to get a spot in the PSC Rebuilds program, we will be providing updates on some of our other programs throughout this week.

Update for those who submitted applications and are waiting on their application status.

I apologize for the delay in communication, as our department has just finished processing the first round of completed applications, which included their supporting documents.

If you are still waiting on the status of your submitted application and were informed by us that your application was received, then that means your application is in our second round of application review. This second round consists of applications that provide us with their supporting documents after the cut-off time for the first round of applications or applications that are still missing some form of supporting documentation.

We are currently reviewing each of those applications to confirm if they have been completed, and making notes of what documents are missing so that we can notify applicants exactly what they need to submit for their applications to be completed. Applicants in the second round of review will be notified of their status over the course of next week.

*** PSC Rebuilds Update *** Thank you, everyone, for the enormous amount of interest in the PSC Rebuilds program. Due to the exceptionally high number of application requests, we will be closing the PSC Rebuilds program information registration. This is because the limited number of spots in the program for this year and next year will be filled during the next round of applications that will be sent out. If you have already received your application and are in communication with us to provide your supporting documentation, we will be continuing to work with you so that your application can be reviewed.

For those who completed their program information request between June 30, 2025, and today, July 16, 2025, by 4:30 pm CST, we will be sending you the program application during the first or second week of August 2025. We will notify everyone on here when we send out those applications. After completing your application, the approved applicants will have their choice of our Sept/October classes or any of our spring 2026 classes. This will continue until all the spots allotted for our grant are filled.

Thank you again for your interest in our program. Please follow our page to stay up to date on any of our other program offerings.

*** July Class Update*** Hey Everyone, due to the high amount of interest in the PSC Rebuilds program, we are still reviewing applications. To ensure there is enough time to notify the students who are approved for the July classes, we have decided to push the start date back a week to July 21, 2025. We are hoping to have our first round of completed applications (meaning you have provided us with the application and all of the supporting documents) reviewed and applicants notified by Friday.

If you are still in communication with our department to provide your supporting documents for your application, then there is a chance that you still may be added to the July class if there are still spots available. If spots are full, then you will be able to choose from a list of upcoming classes to participate in. Some upcoming classes are still TBD, but we will be offering an electrical class in late September or early October and a masonry class in January 2026.

If you have not received an application, we will be sending out another round of applications for our upcoming classes within the next few weeks. We will notify everyone here when those applications have been sent out. Applications are being sent based on the date that you completed your program information request. We will inform you of what date ranges the next batch of applications will cover so that you will know if you should be on the lookout for the application email.
For those who do not qualify for PSC Rebuilds, we do have another grant program that we will be notifying everyone of within the next few weeks.

PSC Rebuilds Update – Our second round of applications has been sent out as of Monday. If you completed a program information request by Monday and have not received your application email, please check your spam folder. If you have emailed us your application as of yesterday, then you should have received an email confirmation that we have received and are reviewing your application.

• If you receive the application email more than once, you only need to submit one application. Please do not send in multiple applications, as it will slow down our review process.

• We are currently reviewing the applications for the July classes. If you have not received your application as of yesterday, then the applications going forward will now be reviewed for our September/October (TBD) and our January 2026 classes.

• We will be confirming the official start dates and times with those whose applications have been approved. If there is a scheduling conflict due to a change in the class schedule, then we will work with the applicant to move to a different ongoing program or to be added to one of our upcoming classes.

• If you have already submitted your application, and we have responded to your email to confirm that we have received the application, then you will be notified if the application has been approved or declined after the application is reviewed.
o Please do not send in multiple applications. The review process is the same for all applications and their results. Submitting additional applications will not change the results of the application and will slow down the review process.

• Regarding the program information request. You only need to submit the request once, regardless of which program you want to participate in. If you submit the request more than once, then you may receive the application email more than once.

• We will be starting another round of applications for our upcoming classes once we have finished reviewing the applications for the July classes.

More information on our upcoming classes will be posted on our page, so please follow to stay up to date.
