Registration is now OPEN for the 2025 Conference!
We are excited to open enrollment for this year’s EMS Connections Conference!
You will be able to register for some or all of the conference using the registration link below.
Everyone is automatically enrolled in the morning and end of day sessions, even if you are not
attending them, it is for tracking purposes.
**If you are registering through an agency you MUST contact Therez for a separate agency specific
link.
** If you are a student in one of the following disciplines: EMT, Paramedic, Nursing, PA or MD, you
MUST contact Therez to provide a copy of your schedule in order to receive a separate student link
so you can register at a reduced rate.

FYI: Once you click on the link above, choose EMS Conference, add it to your cart and check out. At
this point you will need to create or log into your elevate account. Once logged in, you will need
to check the boxes for session 2,3 and 4. As long as you check the boxes, when you go to the next
screen and scroll down, you will then be able to add the specific topic you would like to attend
for each block. You must complete this PROR to proceeding to the payment page.
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ON DCC WEBSITE BEFORE. NOVEMBER 4, 2025! No Late Registrations Allowed

Saturday November 8ᵗʰ In-Person Lecture / Medical Control Conference: ($75/pp): This is going to be
a great opportunity to visit with colleagues old and new and to learn cutting-edge information on
both medical and trauma emergencies. Breakfast, lunch, snack and refreshments are included
throughout the day along with an end of the day gift. Raffles and 50/50 will also be available.
Saturday November 8ᵗʰ In-Person or Remote CIU ($10/pp): This is an evening session for CLI’s and
CIC’s to gain a three- hour CIU education credit. Includes pizza and refreshments.

Required state paperwork will be emailed after registration. (Attendees can choose to attend this 3-hour session
as a virtual option, same fee applies, email [email protected] for a separate Zoom link and
state paperwork to be sent after registration is complete).
