This past weekend, we had the privilege of hosting a professional music video production at Reid Castle on the campus of Manhattanville University, welcoming Greenwich A Ca****la and 60 incredibly talented young performers from across Westchester and Fairfield counties.

After exploring more than 60 locations, the creative team kept coming back to one place: Reid Castle.
With its timeless architecture, sweeping grounds, and cinematic presence, it doesn’t just serve as a backdrop; it transforms the experience.

From performances and productions to weddings, galas, and community events, Reid Castle is a place where stories come to life in unforgettable ways.

We’re proud to share it, and even prouder to see it inspire moments that feel both meaningful and a little bit magical ✨

At Manhattanville, sport is more than competition. It is a way to understand the world around us.

Through the Sport Knowledge Institute, we bring together teaching, research, and real-world engagement to explore the role of sport in society across disciplines, communities, and lived experiences.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Hoynes, a leading sociologist whose work helps us better understand how sport reflects broader social inequalities and possibilities, in conversation with our own faculty and alumni. This is exactly the kind of critical engagement we strive to foster on our campus.”
— Amy Bass, Ph.D., Professor of Sport Studies and Director of the Sport Knowledge Institute (SKI)

This is what meaningful engagement looks like at Manhattanville.
