“What motivates me to work out is that I think for women it’s really important to do strength training because our bone density significantly decreases when we get older, and become unable to do basic things in our day-to-day life, so I want to prevent that from happening. I want to become strong and fit and be able to set myself up for success by doing this, so doing everyday things when I’m older and just making sure of everything.”

"I'm motivated to workout so that I can stay fit and healthy. Being fit will help me stay strong and maintain my health, especially in the long run. Aside from building strength, I also want to run a marathon one day."
