NEOMED medical students volunteered at the 2026 University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon, gaining hands-on experience in sports medicine and emergency care while helping support thousands of runners throughout race day.

They teamed up with experienced physicians to witness athletes achieve goals, and experience direct patient care, teamwork and the impact of medicine in our community.

NEOMED will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day as we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

The University will resume normal operations on Tuesday, May 26.

The annual Pharm.D. Pinning Ceremony marks a huge milestone for our third-year students. It signifies their official readiness to step into patient care and begin a full year of hands-on experiential rotations across different pharmacy settings.

More than 140 healthcare leaders from 36 organizations across Northeast Ohio came together at the 2026 Northeast Ohio Health Care Transformation Forum hosted by NEOMED Executive Education and sponsored by Becker's Hospital Review.

It was a full day of collaboration, learning and action. From quality improvement and patient safety to innovation, technology and leadership, the conversations were focused on shaping a stronger future for healthcare in Northeast Ohio.

A special thank you to our keynote speaker, Scott Becker, and to everyone who participated and shared their expertise. The future of healthcare is brighter when we work together!
