Jazz on the Hill is almost here!

Join us Saturday, June 6, for a full day of live jazz, blues, and Latin music on the beautiful College of San Mateo campus. Admission and parking are free.

🚗 Parking & Directions
Driving east or west on Highway 92? Take the West Hillsdale Boulevard exit and head north up the hill toward College of San Mateo. Stay in the center lane on West Hillsdale Boulevard, which will lead you directly onto campus.

Free parking is available in Lots A, C, F, H, J, K, M, R, and S.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, enjoy the music, and take in one of the Bay Area's favorite summer traditions.

College of San Mateo invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to join us for Match Day at CSM, a free community soccer screening series in College Center, Building 10, Room 195.

Upcoming screenings:

Mexico vs. South Africa
Thursday, June 11 at 12 p.m.

Scotland vs. Brazil
Wednesday, June 24 at 3 p.m.

CSM Outreach and International Education will be available during the events to share helpful information about enrollment, registration, and study abroad opportunities. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food or stop by the cafeteria for match day snacks.

The World Gala 2026 served as a vibrant celebration of the diverse cultural heritage within the College of San Mateo community.

This reel highlights an interview with two student performers who shared the history and significance behind their dance to the song Htar Wara Mandalay. Through these performances, our international students provide the campus with a deeper understanding of the traditions and artistry represented in our student body.

The CSM Shuttle may be on pause between semesters, but service resumes Monday, June 8, for the Summer 2026 Session.

The free CSM Shuttle helps students connect between campus, Millbrae BART, and Hillsdale Caltrain, making it easier to get to class throughout the semester. Summer shuttle service will run Monday through Thursday beginning June 8.

CSM students can also take advantage of additional transportation support programs, including free and discounted SamTrans transit options available through SparkPoint and community transportation partners.

College of San Mateo celebrated the Class of 2026 during its 104th Commencement Ceremony on Friday at the Plaza of the Sun, marking the first commencement ever held in CSM’s outdoor amphitheater overlooking the San Francisco Bay.

This year, CSM awarded 1,885 associate degrees and certificates to 1,260 graduates, including 592 graduates earning honors recognition, 584 first-generation graduates, 359 Promise Scholar graduates, 53 veteran graduates, 90 international student graduates, and seven foster youth graduates.

Congratulations to the College of San Mateo Class of 2026! We are proud to be part of your story.
