Kent Consultancy is expanding its team and is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Controls Trainer, Coach & Consultant to join our growing organisation.
We are looking for a highly accomplished Project Controls professional with extensive industry experience, outstanding coaching and mentoring capabilities, and a passion for developing future project leaders. The successful candidate will deliver world-class professional training programmes, provide expert consultancy services, and prepare professionals for internationally recognised certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional training programmes in Project Controls and Project Management.
Coach and mentor professionals throughout their learning journey, ensuring measurable development and career progression.
Design, develop, and continuously improve professional training materials, workshops, case studies, and practical exercises.
Deliver engaging classroom, online, and corporate training sessions.
Assess learners' performance and provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
Develop competency-based learning pathways aligned with international standards and best practices.
Contribute to consultancy projects by providing technical expertise and practical solutions.
Represent Kent Consultancy in corporate training engagements, consultancy assignments, and professional events.

The successful candidate should be capable of delivering one or more of the following programmes:
Project Management Professional (PMP®)
AI in Project Management & Project Controls
Project Planning & Control
Project Planning & Control (APMG)
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Risk Management (APM)
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®)
Portfolio Management (APMG)
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®)
Project Management Office (PMO)
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Risk, Quality & Issue Management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Extensive practical experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or PMO.
Proven experience as a Trainer, Coach, or Corporate Instructor.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of international Project Management and Project Controls best practices.
Ability to design and deliver competency-based professional training programmes.
Fluent British English (written and spoken) with a minimum proficiency of CEFR C1.
A genuine passion for developing professionals and delivering measurable learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates holding one or more of the following certifications will have a distinct advantage:
PMP® – Project Management Professional
PMI-SP® – Scheduling Professional
PMI-RMP® – Risk Management Professional
PMI-PBA® – Professional Business Analyst
Planning & Project Control (PPC)
Earned Value Management (EVM)
APMG Project Planning & Control
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®)
Other internationally recognised Project Controls or Project Management certifications.
