Here are our favourite green spaces near Birmingham campus for students to enjoy before Autumn comes! 🌿☀️

Enjoying lunch in the sunshine or taking a walking break between lectures, a little greenery can leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

The Secret Garden, Library of Birmingham - Hidden away on the library's seventh floor, take in panoramic views across the city, find a peaceful spot to read or enjoy a study break above the skyline. Best of all, it's free to visit.

Brindleyplace - A short walk from the city centre, Brindleyplace is a great spot to relax by the canal, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby when you need a bite to eat.

City Centre Gardens - Located beside the Library of Birmingham, City Centre Gardens is a hidden green corner in the heart of the city. With seating areas and plenty of open space, it’s a great place to enjoy a slower pace surrounded by nature.

Celebrating Pride on campus with crafts, games and conversations. 🌈

At the Rosebery Avenue London campus students came together to get creative, have fun and celebrate our diverse community through a range of Pride-themed crafts and games. It was a great opportunity to meet new people, connect with others and enjoy a welcoming space on campus.

We had a brilliant time kicking things off with fun games, giveaways and the chance to meet the teams who’ll be here to support you throughout your academic journey.

We were also joined by Patrick, who delivered a self-defence session, sharing practical skills and tips to help students feel more confident while living and studying in London.

The Student Relations Team recently hosted an interactive alcohol awareness event at the International House campus, giving students the chance to learn more about responsible drinking through fun games, quizzes and conversations.

The event created a welcoming space for students to connect with others, test their knowledge and discover practical tips to help them make informed choices while studying.
