Business Talk 3 - Aeroitalia x MIB Master in International Business
Our MIB Regular students had the opportunity to explore the strategic role of procurement in the aviation industry during an insightful Business Talk with Davide Tuti, Chief Procurement and General Affairs Officer at Aeroitalia.
Drawing on his extensive experience across the airline, airport services, cargo, and logistics sectors, Davide offered valuable insights into how procurement contributes to business performance in a highly competitive and constantly evolving industry. From strategic sourcing and supplier and contract management to tenders and cost optimisation, students gained a deeper understanding of how procurement decisions support operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
The discussion also highlighted the complexity of procurement in the aviation sector, where managing relationships with suppliers and aviation service providers is essential to supporting airline operations. In this context, effective procurement processes, combined with organisational transformation and digitalisation, can help strengthen transparency, improve efficiency, and support more informed business decisions.

Business Talk 1 - Global PMI Partners x MIB Master in International Business
Our MIB Regular students had the opportunity to gain inspiration from the professional journey of Sergio Bruno, Italian Partner at Global PMI Partners, during an engaging Business Talk focused on his career and experiences across different business environments.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Sergio shared insights from a career including leading management consulting firms, including Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), BCG and Booz Allen, as well as managerial roles in major corporations such as General Electric, Italcementi and Generali Insurance.
Through his personal experiences and reflections, he offered students a valuable perspective on professional growth, the evolution of business careers, and the importance of combining technical expertise, adaptability and soft interpersonal skills when navigating complex organisational environments.
Thank you, Sergio, for sharing your journey and experiences with our students, offering them inspiration and valuable food for thought as they shape their own professional paths.

One journey ends. Another begins.

Last week, on September 11, we celebrated MIB Graduation Day 2026 — marking the conclusion of an important journey shaped by learning, challenges, achievements and connections.

Now, we are getting ready to start all over again — with a new generation of MIBers.

On September 25, we will welcome our new students at MIB Welcome Day 2026: their first opportunity to meet, connect and discover the people and community that will accompany them throughout their MIB journey.

The day will also feature an opening session with Katia Melazzi, Executive & Leadership Development Coach, who will share insights and perspectives on leadership development with our new MIB classes.

From Welcome Day to Graduation Day, MIB is much more than a sequence of classes. It is a journey of learning, professional growth, international exposure and meaningful connections — and the beginning of a community that continues well beyond graduation.

We look forward to welcoming our new MIBers on September 25.

When learning meets the real world.
For the MIB Executive On Campus Class of 2025/26, the Project Work brings together months of learning, discussion and professional experience, and puts them to the test.
Working on Business Plans, Consulting Projects and Research Projects, participants have tackled concrete business questions, challenged assumptions and developed their own perspectives on international business.
Guided by experienced mentors, each project has been an opportunity to move beyond theory: to investigate, make informed choices and translate ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Because executive education is not only about acquiring new knowledge.
It is about learning how to use it.

Yesterday, students from our MIB Regular On Campus 2024/25, MIB Regular Online 2024/25, and MIB Executive Online 2024/25 cohorts successfully completed their Final Exams, marking the conclusion of an important chapter in their academic journey.

Behind every presentation, discussion and project lies months of commitment, curiosity, collaboration and personal growth. We are proud of the dedication each student has shown throughout the programme.
