The 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 was conducted to prepare and guide the pre-service teachers of the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐒) for their practice teaching experience. The orientation provided the participants with essential information regarding their roles and responsibilities, program guidelines, expectations, professional conduct, and the support and facilities available to them throughout their practice teaching. The program continued with the Overview of the Pre-Service Teacher Program, presented by 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐉𝐫. 𝐁. 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐨. His presentation provided an overview of the purpose, structure, and key components of the program, emphasizing its significance in equipping the pre-service teachers with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for their future roles as professional educators. This was followed by a presentation from the resource speaker, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐀𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐔. 𝐁𝐮𝐝, who discussed the Roles and Responsibilities of Pre-Service Teachers. Grounded in qualitative narrative inquiry, this study investigates the lived experiences of sixteen student political leaders across higher education institutions in the Zamboanga Peninsula who navigated intense digital criticism and online backlash during their leadership tenure. The paper details the personal, academic, and psychological impacts of cancel culture, as well as the communication and accountability strategies student leaders implement to adapt in high-visibility online environments.

Congratulations on this notable achievement and for advancing scholarly dialogue in digital communication and student leadership!
