OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!
Following the previous General Assembly, the current Federation made efforts to communicate with the former Vice President for Academics regarding the outstanding liquidation and cash accountability. On October 1, 2026, the organization received the required Liquidation Reports and an executed Undertaking concerning the outstanding amount of ₱9,632.00.
As of this announcement, the amount remains outstanding, and the status of repayment has yet to be verified. The ex*****on of the Undertaking documents the commitment to settle the accountability but does not constitute proof that the amount has been repaid.
Hence, the Federation would like to inform its constituents that the Special General Assembly intended to address this matter did not proceed. However, this does not mean that the accountability has been waived or that the matter is considered settled.
Furthermore, the Federation assures its constituents that the outstanding amount of ₱9,632.00 will continue to be monitored and that appropriate follow-up actions will be undertaken to ensure the settlement and recovery of the amount. The Council also commits to providing updates on any material developments regarding the outstanding cash accountability as they arise.
