First Batch of ICC Students (2ND Semester SY2026-2027) Completes PSDLT.

Congratulations to the first batch of ICC students who completed the Pre Semester Distance Learning Training (PSDLT) last week. Each one was awarded a Certificate of Completion signed by ICC President & Founder Manny Del Prado last October 21, 2026.

ICC's PSDLT, patterned after University of St Andrews' (University in Scotland United Kingdom where ICC Vice Presidents Emmanuel Jr, Aren & Monzie Del Prado Graduated) TGAP (Training for Good Academic Practice), is an online training module that prepares the students for the incoming online distance education environment and provides refresher courses in reading and writing, two key skills in online distance learning. It likewise introduces the student to the Twitter(X) environment.

All new ICC students in the 2ND Semester SY2026-2027 (Both Online and Face to Face) will be required to take the PSDLT before being accepted to any class this school year. Both PSDLT and the Certificate of Completion are free for all ICC students enrolled this school year. All new students are required to finish the PSDLT within two weeks after enrolling.

Promoting Student Involvement Through Leadership Collaboration

ICC President & Founder Mr Manny Del Prado met with the ICC GMA Student Council Officers last October 23, 2026 at ICC One Ayala branch, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. The meeting provided an opportunity for open dialogue, allowing student representatives to share their perspectives. The event emphasized the importance of partnership in fostering a supportive and productive school environment.

ICC Curriculum Development 2027

ICC President & Founder Mr Manny Del Prado led ICC’s Board of Directors at its Curriculum Development meeting last Oct 20, 2026 at ICC Uptown BGC branch.

ICC is in the process of looking for ways how to integrate (become part of an existing subject) the LATEST Technology Trends (Robotics Engineering, Data Center Operations, Smart Factory Automation, Semiconductor Micro-fabrication, Quantum Computing & Data Analytics) in ICC’s current courses.

The ICC Board of Directors likewise inspected the facilities at ICC Uptown BGC location.

(Packt is a technology publishing company based in Birmingham England. The Google Data Analytics Certificate is a 9-course program and emphasizes Python, SQL, Tableau and AI-assisted workflows. L&T EduTech is a digital learning and skills development platform based in India. Schneider Electric is a French multinational energy technology company. The University of Minnesota’s (based in Minneapolis St Paul Minnesota USA) semiconductor professional training is delivered through its Technological Leadership Institute (TLI) and the Minnesota Nano Center.)

ICC Introduces Harvard Professor Michael Porter’s Industry Analysis Model & New York based Mckinsey & Company’s SCQA Framework to its Entrep Students.

ICC President & Founder Mr Manny Del Prado conducted a seminar/workshop on “Launching Your Startup: From Idea to Execution”, for ICC's Business Management Entrepreneurship students last October 19, 2026 at ICC One Ayala Makati (face to face) & online (nationwide & overseas).

During the seminar, he introduced Michael Porter’s Industry Analysis model, often described as “the cornerstone of strategic thinking” for understanding competitive forces in any industry. Alongside this, he shared McKinsey & Company’s SCQA framework, known for helping leaders “structure their communication with clarity and impact.” By learning Porter’s model, students gain a structured approach to analyzing industry dynamics, while the SCQA framework enables them to present their ideas persuasively. Together, these tools provide ICC students with valuable skills to navigate and succeed in the complex world of business startups.
