Every one of you began as students moving through the grounds and hallways of University Student Council. Yet when you chose to step forward, offer your service, and dedicate yourselves to a purpose far greater than your own goals, you set in motion a transformation you may not have fully foreseen. That single decision did more than mark your stay in the university eternally forged your character, broadened perspectived, and molded you into the competent and principled leaders you have become.

To the University Councilors Batch 2026, Thank you for your service, your sacrifices, and the dreams you shared with us. May you always carry a leadership rooted in service, reason, and compassion. This shows that true power lies in lifting others up and that advocacy is a lifelong commitment to building a fairer, more inclusive Bicol University. From classrooms and campus grounds to every place where knowledge is pursued, our graduating students have turned years of hard work into a well-deserved achievement. They are closing one meaningful chapter and opening a future full of promise.

The graduating University Student Council Officers of 2026 have not only distinguished themselves through exemplary leadership and service to the student body, but have also shown remarkable dedication to academic excellence.

Their journey proves that true leadership is not measured solely by the positions one holds or the initiatives one leads, but also by excellence one upholds in every aspect of life.
