Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-kaarawan ni 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣. 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹, ating alalahanin ang kanyang mga aral tungkol sa edukasyon, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon sa bawat mag-aaral ang kanyang mga adhikain at paninindigan na gamitin ang edukasyon bilang daan tungo sa pagbabago at pag-unlad ng lipunan.

Patuloy nawa nating isabuhay ang kanyang mga aral at adhikain.

1𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 2026–2027

Eligible students may receive a financial stipend of Php 5,000 per semester. The program aims to provide support to students who belong to the following sectors:

✅ Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
✅ Solo Parents
✅ Indigenous Peoples (IPs)
✅ Abused or Abandoned Individuals
✅ Financially Challenged Students
